What if I need my project/task completed urgently?

Where possible, we're happy to accommodate urgent projects. Rush jobs are subject to availability and incur a priority fee, as they require us to reschedule existing work and dedicate additional studio time. If you have a deadline in mind, let us know as early as possible and we'll do our best to make it work.

Do you keep client work confidential?

Yes, always. Anything shared with us, briefs, references, unreleased designs, stays between us and the client. We don't post or discuss project details publicly until you're ready for that work to be seen.

Why don't you have all your project examples up on the site yet?

Good question, and honestly, a fair one. A lot of the work we do is under client confidentiality until a brand is ready to launch, sometimes even after. Range direction, print concepts, and unreleased styles are often commercially sensitive, so we don't post that work until the client's given the green light (or it's actually hit the shelves).What you're seeing on the site right now is a mix of what we're able to share and a taste of the process, not the whole picture. We're growing our public portfolio steadily as more projects clear for release, so check back, or just reach out and we can talk through relevant work directly.

How do I get started?

When can you start my project?

Our availability changes throughout the year, and there may be periods where our books are fully booked. We'll always let you know our next available start date during your discovery call so you can plan ahead.

Question 8

How do I secure my place in your schedule?

Accepted Answer

A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and lock in your start date. Once your deposit has been received, your studio time is reserved exclusively for your project. If our books are full, we can still arrange a discovery call, discuss your scope and prepare your proposal in advance so everything is ready to begin when your start date arrives.

Absolutely. Every project begins with a discovery call so we can understand your goals and recommend the right scope of work. Short 15 minute project-related calls are complimentary. If additional consulting is requested outside the project scope, we'll always discuss this with you beforehand.

Why does the documentation matter?

Documentation is what actually gets communicated to your factory, not your vision, not your reference images, the techpack. A factory never sees the picture in your head, they see measurements, construction notes, and specs on a page. If that documentation is vague, incomplete, or inaccurate, the factory has no choice but to fill in the gaps themselves, and that's when you end up with a sample that's off in ways you didn't expect.Good documentation removes the guesswork. It's the difference between telling a factory "make it fitted through the waist" and giving them an exact measurement at a specific point on the pattern. One is an opinion, the other is a spec they can actually execute against.It's also what protects you down the line. If a sample comes back wrong, a clear techpack lets us tell you (and the factory) exactly where it deviated from spec, rather than it becoming a "your word against theirs" situation. That clarity is what makes revisions faster, cheaper, and far less frustrating.
